Seraphine

Introducing Seraphine, an A-line gown for the bride who wants clean satin lines with one hand-worked detail doing all the talking. The bodice is cut from smooth ivory satin and shaped by fine vertical seams, with a rounded scoop neckline, slender spaghetti straps and an open back. From the left strap, a trail of three-dimensional fabric flowers - petals with pearl centers, set among cut leaves - runs diagonally across the bust, gathers along the waist seam and carries round to the back, then breaks into single blooms that scatter over the upper skirt. Below the waist the satin falls into a full, deeply pleated A-line skirt with a high front slit, finishing in a long train that sweeps out behind. It is shown with a matching ribbon choker with a fabric flower and long pearl-tipped ties.
