Safona

The Safona gown is cut from smooth, fluid chiffon, with a wide panel of openwork guipure lace set into the waist. The lace sits at a raised waistline, its scrolling floral motif cut clean through so the skin reads softly through the openings, and a fine scalloped picot edging runs along the top and bottom of the band and carries around to the back. The same guipure returns at the wrists: each long sleeve is gathered into a soft puff at the shoulder, falls wide and blousy in sheer chiffon, and ends in a deep lace cuff with small pearl buttons. A deep V-shaped neckline is framed by softly pleated chiffon and layered over a nude underlay, and the back opens in a matching V with a plain centre-back zip. Below the lace the skirt is left entirely plain, full, floor-length and moving in soft folds with every step. Fitted through the bodice and flowing from the waist down, this all-ivory gown celebrates female beauty in every size.
