Rania allows her to change the position of the sleeves according to how open she wants her shoulders to feel.

Puffed sleeves are gathered in sections beside a heart-shaped neckline. English embroidery brings pattern to the ivory fabric, while beading traces the complete top edge of the strapless bodice. Her back stays exposed above a train formed from several patterned layers. She can wear the sleeves higher or let them fall, carrying the same detail into a different outline.
